1. Who you are contracting with

ACEIT ("ACEIT", "we", "us") provides the ACEIT practice-exam service. By creating an account or using the service you enter into an agreement with ACEIT and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

Continued use of the service means you accept these terms. You confirm that you are of legal age in your country, or that you have authority to bind the organisation you represent. You must provide accurate account information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. What the service is

ACEIT generates practice questions, explanations and mock exams using artificial intelligence, across a catalogue of professional, academic and certification topics. ACEIT is a study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official source for any certification body, examination board or awarding organisation named in the catalogue, and it does not reproduce real exam questions.

4. Accuracy of AI output

AI-generated questions, answers and explanations may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying content against official study materials before relying on it. ACEIT output must not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and must not be used as the sole basis for any decision requiring qualified oversight. We make no guarantee about exam results.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or abuse;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• submit prompts or content intended to produce illegal material, hate speech, harassment, malware, or content that impersonates a real person;
• attempt to jailbreak, bypass safety filters, or circumvent usage limits;
• interfere with security — probing, scanning, scraping, reverse engineering, or introducing malicious code;
• resell, redistribute or sublicense the service or its generated content in bulk.

You are responsible for the prompts and material you submit, for having the rights to submit them, and for how you use the outputs.

6. Content moderation and takedowns

We may filter, refuse, restrict or remove content and outputs, and suspend accounts, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. If you believe content on ACEIT infringes your rights, contact us at support@aceitexam.com with details and we will review it. Repeat infringement results in account termination.

7. Intellectual property

ACEIT retains all rights in the service, including its software, interface, branding and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. You retain rights in the content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the service.

8. Payments and subscriptions

ACEIT Pro is a recurring subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Availability

We aim to keep ACEIT available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may affect access.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time. On termination your access ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ACEIT against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

13. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of establishment, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
