30-day money-back guarantee

ACEIT offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your ACEIT Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@aceitexam.com and we will help arrange it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling your subscription

ACEIT Pro renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Renewals and billing questions

If a renewal charge caught you by surprise, contact us — we review these case by case and will generally refund an unused renewal. Paddle's own refund policy also applies to all orders, and Paddle handles buyer support and returns.
